I'm actually able to patch out the normalization and use the literal screen size, but that. I'd be interested to see a screenshot, but I can't guarantee I'll be able to address it. Anyway, as-is, I can't anticipate how it'll show up on your screen at all. I designed this on a 1600x900px monitor, so I think Oblivion renders a 1706x960px screen for me and then downscales it. Scaling is a bit difficult because Oblivion uses a normalized screen size rather than your literal screen size. It's now on my to-do list, though a lot of things are as well.
